Installation Information Technology Support
RCH/Innovative Technology Partners can provide a full range of IT services on a large or small scale. In our past performance we provided a team of 100+ information technology specialists performing helpdesk 1st and 2nd level support and operator support for 6000+ employees. We performed server administration for a server farm of 160+ servers, network administration and system security administration. We performed application development which included web development (ColdFusion, .net), client development (C#, Delphi, PowerBuilder), and mainframe support using Job Control Language, COBOL, Model 204, and Data Management Routine Programming for the Federal Government.
Application Development Support
RCH/Innovative Technology Partners system engineers have developed, implemented and maintained several applications at Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. These trained and experienced individuals, whose skills span multiple platforms, support mainframe application which includes languages such as COBOL, M204, Job Control Language, CICS, as well as Data Management Routines that are specific to the Federal Governments hierarchical database system. We support client server development such as Delphi, Powerbuilder, VB, C#, and many more. We have supported many of these systems for 13+ years and as these systems reach the end of their lifecycles the Government has requested we re-write them using web development technology.

System Administration
RCH/Innovative Technology Partners has designed, installed, administered, and optimized servers and related components to achieve high performance and reliability with 99% uptime. This includes insuring the availability of client/server applications, configuring new implementations, and developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment. We have experience with Windows Server Solutions, SharePoint Services, and UNIX/LINUX.
Information and Physical Security
At RCH our Information Technology Assurance specialists have a detailed knowledge of business operations and the technologies used. Our risk management professionals have experience in various operational roles across multiple industries and a wide array of software platforms and applications. We perform such things as information technology risk assessments, reviewing current technology along with assessing your vulnerabilities and controls to determine where the greatest risks are to your organization. We can provide application security reviews to assess configuration issues such as valid user accounts, appropriate password restriction and other user access privileges. We also offer social engineering assessments to provide awareness and if necessary development of a security training program. Finally, we can conduct an independent review of a service organization's control design and testing of effectiveness of a service organization's processing controls. RCH has assisted the Federal Government in providing risk assessment and solutions for their systems and applications in accordance with their DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).

Logistics Support Services
RCH develops, plans, documents, and implements life-cycle supportability planning for a range of US Government products, information systems and services, and Department of Defense (DoD) weapon systems from acquisition through demilitarization and disposal. We develop support strategies that optimize system support by focusing on the warfighter’s needs. Our approach integrates all aspects of support and aligns requirements, incentives, and competent organizations to optimize support. In support of strategy development, we perform business case analyses that evaluate the costs, benefits, and risks. We facilitate performance-based agreements that align warfighter, program office, and support providers through appropriate measurements.
Web Design/Support
RCH offers a vast array of web design and support services, it's one of the areas we specialize in. We've had experience with everything from static web sites to complex web applications. We have been providing support for the Federal Government for the last 10 years on systems such as the Army Electronic Product Support network, a portal of applications designed to help support the warfighter; price, budget, and execution applications for ammunition sales and delivery; equipment movement systems; etc. On the commercial side, we've designed a number of company websites such as Aurora Cord & Cable (). We have experience developing in Microsoft .net, Adobe ColdFusion, PHP, Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
