EMPLOYEE TRAINING PROGRAM
At RCH we feel training for your skill enhancement is a top priority. In the event that our clients feel one of our employees needs additional training for a special project or to meet the changing dynamics of their business needs, RCH will provide them with multiple choices. We can assess their needs and build a curriculum or send them to a training class of their choice.
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
RCH does provide assistance with relocation expenses. The complete package is based on a per contract per employee basis.
PERFORMANCE REVIEWS / SALARY INCREASES
Depending on the client and assignment, RCH gives employee performance reviews anywhere from 6 months to 1 year. We consult with both the client and employee to determine areas of excellent and areas where an employee may need improvement. Upon the conclusion of the review, salary increases will be determined and incorporated.
EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITY TO OUR CLIENTS
Our account managers will meet with the client and employee on a regular basis to ensure employees are following all policies and procedures. All employees are expected to provide quality services that exceed our client's expectations and demonstrate ethical business behavior.
FINDING QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS
RCH maintains an internal database of qualified Information Systems and we employ several on-site technical recruiters who hold many years of success in the Information System and Logistics arena. They all have an established track record in locating qualified professionals and building relationships with both our employees and prospective candidates.
In addition, RCH receives referrals from current and previous employees and candidates and utilizes numerous marketing materials, to include radio advertisements, magazine ad's and job fairs. All of these resources are utilized to the fullest abilities to ensure our clients are receiving only qualified professionals. Our recruiters are responsible to meet, screen and test all potential candidates before presenting to our clients.
